Africa Transfer Pricing

AFRICA TRANSFER PRICING – ONLINE TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES

For all your Africa transfer pricing requirements...

Africa Transfer Pricing ("ATP") was established in 2015 as an alternative to the larger service providers, exclusively providing transfer pricing services. We specialise in the drafting and updating of transfer pricing compliance documentation (including BEPS country-by-country reporting, local and master files), conducting database benchmarking studies, intellectual property database benchmarking studies and transfer pricing risk reviews. We also conduct training, where required. For more information on sub-contractor services offered to audit, accounting, law and similar consulting firms, please refer to the "Sub-Contractor Services" page.

It is a well known fact that there is an increasing focus on transfer pricing by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ("OECD") on a global scale, as well as internally by Revenue Authorities around the world, including South Africa and a number of other African countries. Specifically, the OECD's Base Erosion and Profit Shifting ("BEPS") initiatives has resulted in increasing global co-operation and transparency in the field of transfer pricing through the introduction of a Three Tier System, consisting of a Master File, Local Country File and Country-by-Country Reporting.
