Get Graded was started in 2009 primarily focusing on quality assurance in the tourism accommodation and conferencing sector working together with the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and providing star grading. Over the last 4 years a greater need for training has been identified.

Tourism and Hospitality is my passion, and I believe, our industry is one of the few, that can take an unskilled person (take our housekeepers as an example) provide them with quality training in order for them to upskill and climb the ladder to achieve great heights in our industry.

Get Training, a division of Get Graded was started four years ago. During this time, we have developed and designed a variety of courses that where mainly offered at the establishment and providing very much an onsite training.

With the development and growing need for online learning, training and more, Get Graded is now proud to offer its online facility. We are in the process of developing a wide range of courses and encourage you to visit our service regularly to find out “what’s new”.
